        周文彰，男，漢族，1953年8月生，江蘇寶應(yīng)人，1970年10月參加工作，1987年10月加入中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨，研究生學(xué)歷，哲學(xué)博士，研究員�，F(xiàn)任國(guó)家行政學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)、黨委委員。兼任中國(guó)人民大學(xué)哲學(xué)院博士生導(dǎo)師，發(fā)展中國(guó)論壇(CDF)顧問，紹興蘭亭書法藝術(shù)學(xué)院客座教授。
