    據國土資源部消息，為避免因煤炭勘查投資過熱而出現產能過剩問題，保持煤炭生產基本穩定，經國務院同意，國土資源部近日出臺了《關于暫停受理煤炭探礦權申請的通知》，決定在全國范圍內暫停受理新的煤炭探礦權申請。[被屏蔽廣告]

        《通知》規定：一是除國務院批準的重點煤炭開發項目和使用中央地質勘查基金(周轉金)或省級地質專項資金開展煤炭普查和必要詳查的，可以設置煤炭探礦權外，全國暫停受理新的煤炭探礦權申請。使用中央地質勘查基金(周轉金)或省級地質專項資金進行煤炭勘查，要制定煤炭勘查專項資金計劃，經國土資源部、財政部同意后，按規劃有計劃地設置煤炭探礦權。所設煤炭探礦權要按照中央地質勘查基金(周轉金)管理辦法進行管理。

        二是各省(區、市)國土資源主管部門要按照《關于進一步加強煤炭資源勘查開采管理的通知》要求，繼續做好礦業權設置方案的編制，并報國土資源部審批和備案。已經批復礦業權設置方案的，凡現有的礦業權布局與批復的礦業權設置方案不一致的，要進行整合和調整。

        三是2月2日至2008年12月31日，國土資源部和各省(區、市)國土資源主管部門暫停受理第一條規定以外的煤炭探礦權申請(包括以招標、拍賣、掛牌等競爭方式出讓煤炭探礦權)。如發現有違規出讓煤炭探礦權行為的，國土資源部將依法追究相關工作人員和領導的責任。此前受理的煤炭探礦權申請，按有關規定依法處理。
