    國務(wù)院總理溫家寶5日在十屆全國人大五次會議上作政府工作報告時說，要強化安全生產(chǎn)工作和整頓規(guī)范市場秩序。 

        溫家寶強調(diào)，要堅決遏制重特大安全事故發(fā)生，實現(xiàn)全國安全生產(chǎn)狀況穩(wěn)定好轉(zhuǎn)。要認(rèn)真貫徹“安全第一，預(yù)防為主，綜合治理”的方針，完善安全生產(chǎn)體制，切實落實責(zé)任制，加大安全生產(chǎn)投入，加強安全生產(chǎn)教育和培訓(xùn)。要繼續(xù)打好煤礦瓦斯治理和整頓關(guān)閉兩個攻堅戰(zhàn)。切實搞好重點行業(yè)和領(lǐng)域安全專項整治工作，加強學(xué)校和人員密集場所安全防范。要依法加強監(jiān)管，嚴(yán)肅查處安全生產(chǎn)事故。 

        溫家寶說，要堅持標(biāo)本兼治，深入整頓和規(guī)范市場秩序。加快社會信用體系建設(shè)。完善市場管理制度，強化市場監(jiān)管。依法打擊制假售假、虛假廣告、商業(yè)欺詐、傳銷和變相傳銷、偷逃騙稅、走私販私等違法活動。大力開展食品安全專項整治，全面整頓藥品市場秩序，保障人民群眾飲食和用藥安全。
