    年過六旬的蘇泊爾集團(tuán)董事長蘇增福是“資深”人大代表，十幾年來，蘇增福當(dāng)選過縣、市、省和全國各級人大代表。他告訴記者：“當(dāng)人大代表不僅是光榮，更重要的是責(zé)任。受人民委托，代表人民的意志參與管理國家和社會事務(wù)，我不敢有絲毫懈怠。” 

        到了北京，蘇增福明顯感覺北京變化很大，走在路上，常常能聽到老百姓在談?wù)搩蓵��！斑@是好事，我也感覺到責(zé)任更重了�！� 

        這兩天，蘇增福又把花幾個月時間準(zhǔn)備的6個建議看了一遍。浙商老朋友們一見面，聊天的內(nèi)容也從原來的哪些項目能賺錢，有什么可以合作，轉(zhuǎn)換到這個建議如何、那個議案有什么可以補(bǔ)充的。 

        “公司上了一定軌道，離不開社會的支持，即使出去工作開會，都會多長一只耳朵，聽到大家關(guān)心的問題、難題都會記下來，這似乎成了一種習(xí)慣。”蘇增福笑著說，有了想法，就到相關(guān)部門去了解情況，并根據(jù)各界的意見整理信息，“這次提出的建議，大多是我在今年的調(diào)研當(dāng)中，大家關(guān)注或希望解決的問題，比如關(guān)于修改《土地管理法》有關(guān)土地征用后的補(bǔ)償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、加快出臺《食品安全法》的問題等�！�
