    年過六旬的蘇泊爾集團董事長蘇增福是“資深”人大代表，十幾年來，蘇增福當選過縣、市、省和全國各級人大代表。他告訴記者：“當人大代表不僅是光榮，更重要的是責任。受人民委托，代表人民的意志參與管理國家和社會事務，我不敢有絲毫懈怠。” 

        到了北京，蘇增福明顯感覺北京變化很大，走在路上，常常能聽到老百姓在談論兩會。“這是好事，我也感覺到責任更重了。” 

        這兩天，蘇增福又把花幾個月時間準備的6個建議看了一遍。浙商老朋友們一見面，聊天的內容也從原來的哪些項目能賺錢，有什么可以合作，轉換到這個建議如何、那個議案有什么可以補充的。 

        “公司上了一定軌道，離不開社會的支持，即使出去工作開會，都會多長一只耳朵，聽到大家關心的問題、難題都會記下來，這似乎成了一種習慣。”蘇增福笑著說，有了想法，就到相關部門去了解情況，并根據各界的意見整理信息，“這次提出的建議，大多是我在今年的調研當中，大家關注或希望解決的問題，比如關于修改《土地管理法》有關土地征用后的補償標準、加快出臺《食品安全法》的問題等。”
