    為解決一些當事人規避執行的問題，最高人民法院于2011年組織開展了反規避執行專項活動，各地法院對規避執行的當事人依法適用罰款、拘留等強制措施，對構成犯罪的依法追究刑事責任。有效提升了執行案件的質量和效益。
