    今天下午，副省長靳善忠帶領省發改委、省國資委、省經委等有關部門在太原煤炭氣化集團進行工作調研。靳善忠一行分別考察了太原煤氣化下屬的晉陽選煤廠、第一焦化廠、第二焦化廠、矸石熱電廠等地，出席了太原煤氣化工作匯報會并講話。

        靳善忠首先對太原煤氣化近年來取得的突出成績予以肯定。對于集團下一步發展，他指出要明確定位和思路，將煤化工和煤焦并重，重點發展煤炭的深加工，延伸產業鏈。突破封閉性的發展模式，通過聯合、重組，加大企業改革力度，注重隊伍建設和內部管理，兼顧生產安全和環境保護，發揮出國有大型企業的帶頭作用，將企業不斷做大、做強。
