    記者今日從省環(huán)保局獲悉，我省將選擇800家重點排污企業(yè)安裝“環(huán)保電子警察”，對1000個廢氣排放口和600個廢水排放口進(jìn)行監(jiān)控。

        今年1月，我省第一套污染源自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在省環(huán)保局建成。該系統(tǒng)與省環(huán)保局直接聯(lián)網(wǎng)，主要作用是對污染企業(yè)排污情況進(jìn)行24小時監(jiān)控，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)有超標(biāo)排污行為，系統(tǒng)在第一時間會發(fā)出警報。企業(yè)接到警報后，必須在4小時內(nèi)解決超標(biāo)排污問題，否則系統(tǒng)將對企業(yè)的備料系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行斷電。如果超過24小時超標(biāo)排污問題還存在，系統(tǒng)就會對企業(yè)的進(jìn)料系統(tǒng)斷電。同時，環(huán)保部門可以據(jù)此對企業(yè)進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)處罰。目前，太鋼集體電廠和焦化廠已經(jīng)安裝上該系統(tǒng)，并和省環(huán)保局直接聯(lián)網(wǎng)。
